We are open to all your dental needs

Dental offices are permitted to operate as per the executive order issued by our Illinois Governor and encouraged to operate, to keep our patients well and out of hospitals and emergency rooms. We remain committed to providing dental care to you, and to keeping your family safe and healthy.

Your health and safety are our top priority. Our clinic has disease and infection control systems in place that meet or exceed the Center for Disease Control’s Standard Precautions for Dental Practices.

Measures to protect our patients

Screening process
  • Patients are screened verbally prior to their appointment, and at the time of entry. Any patient or staff experiencing or exhibiting any symptoms will be asked to proactively stay at home until all symptoms have resolved.
  • Each patient and staff member undergoes a temperature check using a no-touch thermometer. Patients will also be asked to report temperatures outside the regular range that occur up to 48 hours after the appointment.
  • Patients have to wear a mask or face covering from time of entry until your dental pre-rinse, and then put the mask back on once the post-procedure rinse is complete.
  • Patients will be asked to sanitize their hands both upon entry and before exit.
Limiting the number of visitors
  • To avoid exposure to other patients within the clinic, please remain in your car or outside the clinic. We will text or call you when your appointment is ready. At this time, only caregivers or essential family members will be allowed in the clinic and will have to stay in our waiting area. We have suspended all visits from others, including vendors or non-essential staff. We are limiting the number of people in the office and properly spacing equipment, to comply with CDC recommendations on social distancing.
Cleaning and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • We are performing frequent cleanings throughout the day and between patients, using CDC-approved cleaning agents. We are using a higher level of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) than what CDC recommends for dental offices, for your safety. We are committed to keeping our facilities sanitized and practicing high standards of hygiene.
We are here for you
  • If this is a time of financial difficulty, you can take advantage of the CareCredit services offered to our patients. CareCredit offers interest-free payments for up to 18 months, or low-interest payments for up to 60 months, with no deposit required. Our front office can help you with any questions you have relating to changes in insurance or payment options.

We are ready to expedite care to those that need it. The health and wellbeing of our patients is always our top priority.
