Dr. Susan T. Thomas, D.D.S
Dr. Susan Thomas has over 15 years of clinical experience working with diverse patient demographics and populations. She has lived in different cities across the United States but fell in love with Chicago after moving here in 2016, and now calls Chicago home.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, with honors in Esthetic Dentistry, from the New York University College of Dentistry, New York City. While at the university, Dr. Thomas was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a national dental honor society recognizing the top graduates in the country.
International Experience
Dr. Thomas has also gained significant international experience and volunteered her time and expertise for various social causes, including vaccination camps, medical and dental checkups and treatment camps for public schools, health checkup camps, health awareness training, and health care centers in disadvantaged areas.
Keeping Up to Date
Dr. Thomas maintains her love for dentistry by keeping up to date with the latest techniques and technology. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry, and is currently working towards a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr. Thomas enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures. In addition, she has a keen interest in art, music, and meditation. Her true love, along with dentistry, is her puppy Zoey, with whom she enjoys spending time outdoors. Dr. Thomas’ firm belief and ultimate goal is to give back to the community and those in need through her dental expertise, both locally and internationally.
